- 바가지를 쓰다: to be overcharged, to get ripped off, pay through the nose
- 각자 (돈을) 내다: to split the bill (=더치페이하다(←Dutch-pay))
- 엔빵하다: to split the total bill equally, regardless of how much each person spent. The ‘엔(N)’ comes from the word ‘number.’
- 한턱내다: to treat others to food or drinks. (In Korea, buying food or drinks to celebrate a happy event is a way to share joy.)
